Logging in
1. Login with the link shared by your organization. Depending on your settings, this will either sign you in automatically or you may find yourself on the landing page where you can put your user ID and password.
Forgot Password
Please follow the steps below to generate a new password.
a) click
on forgot password at login page
b) Select
“I Know my Username” or “I Know my email”
c) Enter
the details as per your selection and click on “Send Password”
d) System
will send password reset email on your registered email address
e) Click
on the “Link” to reset the password (Please note this link will be valid for 30
minutes only”
f) New
Screen will open, where type the new password & click on Reset password. Your
password will be changed to new password as defined by you.
